Warranty Policy

Unauthorised dealers

The official PIEGA warranty is void if a PIEGA loudspeaker product has been purchased from an unauthorised PIEGA dealer and this relates to a grey market product, or if the original serial number has been removed, replaced or deliberately concealed. If you are in any doubt as to whether your selected dealer is an official authorised PIEGA dealer, we strongly recommend that you contact us or the PIEGA sales division in your country.

We provide a 6 year warranty on our loudspeakers as well as a 3 year warranty on our electronics in accordance with the following conditions.

1. Every Piega device leaves the factory in flawless condition. If production and/or material defects emerge during normal use, we guarantee that we will repair the device in the first 6 years after the date of purchase, as well as 3 years warranty on the electronics, with free replacement of materials and wages.
2. The registration card for the device must have been sent to Piega within 6 weeks of purchase or must have been registered online on piega.ch within 6 weeks of purchase.
3. The product must have been purchased from an authorised Piega dealer.
4. The warranty expires if a repair is performed by an unauthorised individual or workshop.
5. If a device or a part thereof has to be sent to Piega or an authorised Piega workshop, the sender must pay the entire costs of transport in advance. The original packaging must be used when sending the entire device.
6. The warranty claim expires if the serial number has been changed, removed or concealed. The warranty also expires if the device has been incorrectly connected or in the event of careless treatment. It also expires if the device is changed or repaired in any manner which, in our opinion, has changed the functionality of the device.
7. Piega assumes no liability for the consequences of any damage.
